Is it necessary to smear us all the time to elevate your cause? Aren't we all trying to help Iraq, and us being here in the midst of the difficulties? When I served here in my last tour (also 2 tours in Afghanistan) I was the project manager for the US Army Corps of Engineers and put together contracts and awarded openly to local contractors for 42 rural schools, and took the failed Najaf Teaching Hospital job from a cost-plus contractor, re-wrote the contract, awarded firm fixed price to a local contractor and that entire 420-bed/13 surgical room hospital complex with outbuildings to serve Najaf and other provinces is now completed. I also did some recovery on an ailing contract to repair schools and we got 372 larger schools repaired. I am now project manager on the Basrah Children's (cancer) hospital. Can't you mix some of this news about how "sickening" we are with some of the successes...there are many. Is it necessary to insult us to promote your own group? I have been trying to assist you to get contacts for your group here, why much you promote your group by insulting us? We are used to it because it seems very popular to do these days.
